FROM THE BLOG: PINK LADY INFINITY
- Pastry flour 200 gr
- Bread flour 200 gr
- Milk ½ cup
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Active dry yeast
- Sugar 1 spoon
- Salt 1 spoon
To realise the stuffing
- Caciocavallo cheese 30 gr
- Grated Parmigiano cheese 30 gr
- Green and Black spicy olives Le squisivoglie
- Sun Dried tomatoes Le squisivoglie
In a bowl arrange the two flours in the center, add the salt and sugar, mixed together and then add the warm milk, in which you have dissolved the cube of yeast. Knead until the dough is elastic and smooth. Form a loaf and let stand for 2 hours to let it rise.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, using a rolling pin, giving a rectangular shape. And now seasoned: half of the surface with the onion sauce and the other half with eggplant sauce, then cheese cubes, green and black olives, some dried tomatoes and sprinkle with grated Parmigiano.
Then roll the seasoned rectangular dough on the longer side to form a huge sausage. Cut into 11 pieces of 5-6.
Now Put the obtained rolls into the cake pan with a Dove form, spacing them a little from each other, let rise Dove Rose Cake still for about twenty minutes, then brush them with milk and bake at 350° F for 35 minutes.
Once cooked, let cool...and it's ready to be enjoyed!
