Focaccia bread with dried tomatoes and olives

Ingredients

  • Wholewheat flour 200 gr
  • Active dry yeast
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • A cup of warm water

Mix together all the ingredients and knead until the dough is consistent. Roll it in a greased pan and cover it with olives and dried tomatoes, then sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 °F for 40 minutes. ENJOY IT!
