Penne with soft cheese, cream, sausage and olives
Ingredients for two people
- Pasta type “penne” 200 gr
- Soft cheese (Italian STRACCHINO) 100 gr
- Sausage 100 gr
- Pitted black olives 50 gr
- Double cream
- Grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Brown the onion with oil in a pan, after two minutes add the sausage and let cook for few minutes.
Meanwhile cook the pasta, drain it and stir fry it with sausage, adding double cream and minced olives. Then stir in the cheese and let it melt. Turn off the fire and… serve with a sprinkle of grated parmesan!
