Spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes
- Spaghetti 500 gr
- Sun-dried tomatoes Le Squisivoglie 1 pack
- Anchovies in oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cloves of garlic 4
- Bread crumbs
Fillet the dried tomatoes. Stir fry the anchovies with garlic and oil and then add the fillets of dried tomatoes. Let cook for 10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the bread crumbs: rub the garlic in a nonstick pan, and remove it, then toast the bread crumbs in this pan.
When the spaghetti are ready,drain it and stir fry it with the seasoning for 2 minutes.
Now you can dish the spaghetti with a sprinkle of bread crumbs.
