Un modo nuovo di gustare il Solito petto di pollo!
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Chicken breast 350gr
- Roma Tomatoes 200 gr
- Pitted olives 100 gr
- Clove of garlic 1
- Salt and pepper
Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces and make the olives into small pieces. Take the slices of chicken breast and coat in the flour where you have put a teaspoon of salt. Stir fry a clove of garlic in a pan with a little olive oil, then put the slices of chicken breast.
Sauté the chicken breasts on both sides, then add the tomatoes, olives and parsley. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for another couple of minutes. If you want you can add a little 'of wine.
Remove the garlic, season with salt and pepper and then serve!
